Why this isn't self-storage

Premium storage, real-time inventory.

  • Measured + photographed

Every piece gets a dimension, a weight, and a photo at intake. No more 'I think it's in box 14.'

  • Tracked rack position

Each item lives at a real rack code (A1, B7) we scan into the system. You see exactly where it is — not just 'in the warehouse.'

  • Pull on demand

Request a single item, a pallet, or the whole stash. We pull it, photograph the condition, and deliver — usually next-business-day in DFW.

  • No surprise bills

Monthly recurring with 30-day notice, or prepaid 6/12-month blocks. You see the cubic-foot rate before you sign anything.

Getting started

Tell us what is going in.

Storage here is quoted on what you are actually storing and for roughly how long, not on a unit size you have to guess at. So it starts with a conversation rather than a price list.

  • A short call, or a walkthrough

Tell us what needs to go in — a few rooms between closings, a collection while a house is renovated, the contents of an office. If it is easier to show us than describe it, we will come look.

  • Everything is catalogued on the way in

Each piece is measured, photographed and racked to a known position. That record is what makes it possible to pull one painting out of a full household later without touching anything else.

  • Access on your schedule

We are on site Monday to Saturday, 8am to 5pm. Give us a day’s notice for a retrieval and it will be waiting, whether that is a single chair or a full delivery crew.

  • In and out as the project moves

Staging, renovation and design projects rarely go in one direction. Items can come back out in stages and return again without a new contract each time.

Common questions

What people usually ask first.

  • How long can I keep things here?

Short-term between closings or long-term for a collection — both are normal. Tell us the horizon you expect and we will build the plan around it rather than a fixed term.

  • What does it cost?

It depends on volume and duration, which is why there is no rate card. A short call gets you a written figure for your actual contents — call (972) 214-4662 or send the form below.

  • Can you collect and deliver?

Yes. The same crew that stores it can pack it, move it and set it back up, which is usually why people use us for storage rather than a self-storage unit.

  • Is it suitable for art and antiques?

Climate-controlled racking, crating where a piece needs it, and fine art installation on the other end. Tell us what you have and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
